# Pedal Canvas

> Pedal Canvas is a free, browser-based pedalboard planner. Arrange guitar pedals and power supplies at real-world dimensions, check top-deck and under-deck space, then save or share a board layout without creating an account.

Use Pedal Canvas to plan physical layout before building a pedalboard. It supports Korean and English. Boards are stored in the current browser; export JSON to back up or move a board. Product dimensions, jack positions, board shapes, and under-deck clearances are planning aids rather than measurements for installation. Confirm the current manufacturer documentation and leave room for plugs, cables, mounting hardware, and foot access before purchasing or fixing equipment in place.

The UI keeps this planning visual and low-friction: start in the browser without an account, search a library or add custom equipment, then drag and rotate items on a to-scale 2D board. Top-deck and under-deck views make space constraints easier to compare without losing the current layout. Multiple boards, undo/redo, local autosave, JSON export, and shareable images support trying alternatives without discarding a working plan. Guided first-use steps and Korean/English UI help new users reach a usable layout quickly.

The planner does not simulate audio, signal chains, cable routing, cable length, or electrical safety. For power, verify voltage, AC/DC type, polarity, plug size, and current requirements against each product's manual.
